For automotive finishes, corrosion testing to beyond 200 hours CASS is now commonplace and our triplex-nickel plating systems are designed to withstand the harshest environments. On all of our finishes, cosmetic perfection is strived for and we meet and exceed all of our customers finish criteria. Our robotic polishing and paint systems ensure that the consistency of our finishes is predictable and repeatable.

For example, in our Wheels Division, since the early 1990’s, we have produced close to 10 million polished and plated steel and aluminum wheels with zero corrosion warranty returns. Many of our customers demand CASS results exceeding 200 hours. We have similar and stellar warranty track records in our Motorcycle and Small Parts Division and our Tube and Bumper Division. Our PPM ratings with these customers are considered world-class.
