Our Quality Assurance Lab (Dry Lab) is responsible for final quality and tests to ensure we meet all minimum corrosion, appearance and all other performance requirements as dictated by our customers. Our lab is third party certified to ISO-9002-2002 specifications. Every product is rigorously tested to the world’s highest standards – we stand by our commitment and performance record as providers of the highest quality finishes available.
Quality control testing procedures include:
- Microscopic Examination
- Kocour-Coulometric Thickness Testing as well as S.T.E.P Testing
- Nickelscope Testers
- Gravelometer
- Salt Spray Performance Testing
- C.A.S.S. / Thermal Cycle Testing
- Active Site Determination
- Humidity Testing

The Quality Assurance department is involved right from the early stages of all new product development through Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP (Pre-Production Process Approval Process), to Production Sign-offs and Run-at-Rates, to first launch production and long-term capability studies.
