At Kuntz, we want to encourage you to resolve your work place concerns and problems as soon as possible so that small problems do not have a chance to become big problems, and misunderstandings do not have a chance to turn into long lasting grudges. If you are unable to resolve a matter yourself, you should speak to your Foreperson or Supervisor, unless the problem is with your Foreperson or Supervisor. We have an open door policy and all members of Human Resources and Management are available to help you with your concern or problem.
Talk to us - we'd like to help!
Kuntz also has a Dispute Resolution System ("DRS") in place for its employees. To find out more information you can contact an Employee Advisor, your Supervisor and/or Human Resources. The DRS enables employees to take their problems or concerns to mediation (where an employee mediator tries to help those involved come to an agreement), peer review (where a decision is made by a panel of employees) or to executive review (where a decision is made by a Management representative). A booklet describing the DRS in more detail can be found in the Forms Boards located throughout the company.
The DRS is intended to provide a relatively quick and uncomplicated resolution to disputes that arise in our work place. However, the fundamental principle behind the DRS is: try to solve the problem yourself at the earliest stage possible.
